Q. What is Holidae's Returns policy ?
Holidae's 20 Day Returns Policy
"No Questions Asked Return Policy!"

Though we strive to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your Order for a full refund of paid price.We mean what we say! All you need to do is give us a call on 011-41414193 (10AM To 06 PM) or drop an email at care@holidae.in within a period of 20 days, from the date of order. However, you must understand that we can't bear a loss either; so return of products will be accepted only if the products are returned in a saleable condition with the tags intact and in their original packaging, in an unwashed and undamaged condition. C'mon that's just fair!
*Please note that "Holidae's 20 Day Returns Policy" does not apply to Inner wear, Lingerie, Bikini, Swim costumes, Jewellery & Accessories (sold by Holidae only).
*Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by Holidae team.
*Damages due to neglect, improper usage or application will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
*Some special rules for promotional offers may override "Holidae's 20 Day Returns Policy."
*Please note that the Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Q. Are there certain categories of products which are non-returnable?
Certain items such as Inner wear, Lingerie, Bikini, Swim Costumes, Jewellery & Accessories (sold by Holidae only) are non returnable.

Q. Can I return a part of my order ?
Yes, you may return a part of the Order, in case of multiple items in an order. Any product being returned needs to be returned in full including all components as well as any complimentary gifts or products which came along with it. However, if your purchase was made in the period of a special promotional offer, contests or any special scheme then special rules might apply for returns.

Q. How long will the return process take ?
Once your return request has been placed with Customer Service, it usually takes about 72 hrs to have the product picked from your place and another 7 days to initiate refund subject to product inspection. In case you are sending the product back on your own, the delivery time would depend on your chosen courier. Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a Product Inspection which takes about 2 days. Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days after product inspection. The receipt of the payment would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.

Q. How will I receive my Refund?
a) If the payment was made by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we can either issue Holidae Credits or reverse credit to the Credit Card or credit your Net-Banking account. Holidae Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
b) If the payment made was by Cash on Delivery, we can either issue Holidae Credits or Bank Transfer. Holidae Credits can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.
c) If Holidae Credits were used to make a purchase, refund will only be issued as Holidae Credits. This can be utilized on a future purchase on the website.

Q. How long will the refund process take?
Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 days of Product Inspection. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For Debit Card and Credit Card transfers the time taken for refund depends finally on the bank. Though we would love to expedite the same, our hands are tied. Also, you can assume additional delay for nationalised banks. Banks send an sms to customers for credit amount of more than Rs. 5000 only. In case your refund is less than Rs 5000 please check your bank account or credit card account.

Q. How do I return a product ?
You can return a product hassle free in a few simple steps. However, do give us a call and we can help you with the steps to follow in case of return
1) Place your item in its original packaging – not the Holidae box
2) Please mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number, on the top of the box, and insert the original invoice
3) Keep the product and the package ready in case of a Holidae Pick up
4) If you are sending it on your own make sure you seal it properly
You can choose to:
(a) Schedule a pickup using our logistics partner, at our cost, by calling us , or
(b) Send it at your convenience to our address below and get a voucher for Courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 160 per kilogram of shipment.

Scanned copy of courier slip needs to be emailed to us within 10 days of opening the return request.
If we have received the product through courier, but we did not receive scanned copy of courier slip within 10 days of opening the return request, then we will reimburse a flat amount of Rs 100.
(c) It may also happen that our logistics partners may not have a pick up facility available in your area, even though it may have been delivered by them. Under such circumstances we hope you understand that we may request you to send it to our address as mentioned above in 4.
(d) Drop Ship - We also offer you Returns Drop Ship facility for certain locations and constantly increasing our reach. Customers from these locations who would like to return their products can visit the centers and send their returns to Holidae. This is provided to customers completely free of charge. Please get in touch with us to know if your location is served by this facility at this time.

Q. Do you provide a pick up from home in case I want to return a product?
Yes we provide pickup from your doorstep from most cities. To know if reverse pickup is available at your location do give us a call. If reverse pickup is not possible from your doorstep we always refund you the courier charges. The refund amount for courier charges is subject to our policies.

Q. Where do I return my product?
Please check with our customer care if we cover your city for pickup and we do in most cases. If however your city is not covered or if you wish to send the product on your own please use this address.

Q. I was charged shipping charges for my order. If I return my order, will I get back my shipping charge along with the refund?
Shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

Q.I was charged a convenience charge for my COD order. If I return my order will I get back my convenience charge along with the refund ?
Cash on Delivery convenience charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as this is a non-refundable charge.

Q. If I return a product on my own do I get back the shipping charges?
Once you incur courier charges please email us the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return. We will refund your courier charges up to a maximum of Rs 160 per kg. If you are unable to send the scanned copy of the receipt within 10 days of the return request, we will refund you a flat Rs 100 against the courier charges.
Refunds for courier charges are always in the mode of Holidae Credits which can be redeemed on your future purchase.

Q. I was supposed to receive my refund by now but I haven't. What do I do?
We update our customers through emails at every step of the returns process so please check for the last update from us in your email. If the last update states that the refund has already been initiated please wait for the refund process to complete. Depending on the mode of refund, the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account can vary. If you haven't received any update from us please write to us or give us a call.

Are there any shipping charges?
Holidae offers absolutely free shipping on most products in India. On products belonging to Holidae Add-on program, nominal shipping charges are applicable. To avoid paying shipping charges, just buy this product along with anything else from our website. Please note that this shipping charge is different from our Cash on delivery convenience fee. This is a fee of Rs. 100 that we charge only on COD orders and is completely waived off for all prepaid orders. The Cash on Delivery convenience charge and the shipping charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges.

Will I receive my order in a single package?
• All “Sold by Holidae” products will reach you in a single package.
• “Bulky items” will reach you in a separate package(s).

Can I expect delivery on all days of the week?
You can expect delivery of your order on business days. Business days are defined as all working days from Monday to Saturday, excluding national and state holidays.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we do not ship internationally.

Why did I receive a partial Order?
Please check if your order contains items with different delivery time. Items with different delivery time are shipped to you separately so please don’t worry your item is on its way.
In some instances, there could be an item in your order that may have failed our Quality Check, which is done prior to dispatch, and don't have an alternate QC passed item. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. Be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the product/s unless cancelled by you.
In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payment made towards that item.

I am going out of town. Can you expedite my delivery?
We, at Holidae take immense pride in being lightening fast. The current logistics infrastructure in India today doesn't allow us to expedite further at this time.

If you have the tracking information (reference number and name of the Courier partner) please visit the courier partner's site and check for your Order. You can call the courier partner with your reference number for clarification. If you are not happy with the information, do give us a call with order number and we will be happy to help you.

I tried placing order using my credit card but it isn't working. Can you help me place an order?
Yes if your debit/credit card isn't working we can always take your order over phone. Do call us.

I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected timelines are as below:

For certain product categories such as Furniture once you place an order, it cannot be cancelled. This is also indicated on the individual product pages . In rare cases when we are unable to deliver the product in spite of repeated attempts at the shipping address, an amount of Rs. 1000 would be charged on the refund amount.

I got a confirmation call for my order. Why is that?
You receive a confirmation call for your order to verify if there isn't any change with your order.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

I am placing an order as a gift to my loved one. Will she receive the price tags and invoice?
Yes. Because of the prevalent regulations we send the invoice along with the product. Tags are also left intact so that a product can be returned if your loved one faces any problem with it.
 
How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?
We encourage you try the items you bought, however please ensure the product is left in a re-saleable condition after the trial with original tags, unwashed, undamaged and with the original packing. Do you allow exchanges ?
Have you ordered a size too small or too big? No problem! We offer exchange for our customers too. Please read up our exchange policies for details.

Can I add an item to my order after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately no, however you can simply place another order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard or Netbanking.
We also accept payment via "cash on Delivery" at the time of the delivery of the product. However this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it.
For certain categories with high value items only Debit Card/Credit Card and NetBanking options are available.

Is it safe to shop online using my Debit card or Credit Card?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection. So no worries here!

What is the process for Cash On Delivery (COD) purchase?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call from us to confirm your Order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us if you are still interested in receiving the product.

Is there a charge for Cash on Delivery or electronic mode of purchases?
There is a non-refundable shipping charges of Rs.100 on Cash on Delivery and anything less than Rs 1000/- for electronic purchases.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash On Delivery purchase?
Yes, Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 20,000, beyond which purchases can only be made using Netbanking or Creditcard.

How can I pay if COD option is not available on my address?
If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt for NetBanking or Credit/Debit Card . In case you don't have a NetBanking or Debit Card option please contact your bank for Debit Card/Credit Card issue.

Are there any hidden charges?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. Any octroi or sales tax is actually borne by Holidae. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

What should I do if my payment fails?\
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. You can email us on care@holidae.in or please give us a call with your order number for any clarification.

I see debit transactions in my Bank Statement from Holidae but I have never shopped with Holidae. What do I do?
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Holidae, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you're still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it.

Why isn’t COD available to me?
Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not offered by our Courier partners at few serviceable locations. Also, COD option is not available on some of our products. Hence, based on your location and your choice of products, COD option may not be available to you. However, you can always opt for payment through Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

Holidae Credit is an outstanding credit which gets accumulated in your account. If you happen to return any item we can refund you in the form of Holidae Credits. You can then use this credit for your next purchase. What you would absolutely love about Holidae Credits are its ease of use and flexibility!

How can I access my Holidae credits?
You simply need to you login to access your Holidae credits in your My Account -> Holidae Credits section . Holidae Credits are associated with an account. Kindly make sure you login to the relevant account.

Can I use my Holidae Credits multiple times?
Yes, you can use your Holidae Credits multiple times in any denominations till they are exhausted.

What is the validity period of Holidae Credits?
From the date of issuance, Holidae Credits are valid for a period of 1 year

Can I use my Holidae Credits partially while paying for an order?
Yes, you have the option to partially pay for your order. For example: An order value worth Rs.1000, you can choose Holidae Credit worth Rs.600 and you can pay the remaining amount worth Rs.400 through any other available mode.

What products can I purchase with the Holidae Credits?
You can use Holidae credits to purchase any product across all categories. Moreover it is also applicable on discounted products.

Can I use Promotional/ Discount voucher along with my Holidae credits?
Yes, Holidae Credits gives you the flexibility to combine either a Promotional or a Discount voucher. However at present Holidae Credits cannot be used with Bank specific coupons

Are there any coupons on which Holidae credits will not work?
Unfortunately, at present Holidae Credits cannot be used with bank specific coupons.

I have used Holidae Credit as a payment mode for a product. Can I now choose to receive refund for this product through any other mode?
Unfortunately no, if full or partial Holidae Credit was used for an order purchase, the only mode of refund is Holidae Credits.

Can I purchase Holidae Credits?
Unfortunately no, Holidae Credits cannot be purchased. Holidae Credit is an outstanding credit which gets accumulated in your account. If you happen to return any item we can refund you in the form of Holidae Credits. You can then use this credit for your next purchase.
 
Can I transfer my Holidae Credits to another account?
Unfortunately no. To keep your credits secure Holidae Credits are not transferred or interlinked with any other account. The credit available can only be used with the original account on which it was issued.
 
How will I come to know that I have received my Holidae Credits?
Communication via email & sms will be sent whenever a credit (refund) or debit of Holidae Credit (usage of existing Holidae Credit in a new Order) in your account is transacted.
 
I was informed that I have been refunded through Holidae Credits but I cannot see it in my Account.
If at all this happens, don’t worry. We will take care of it. All you need to do is simply give us a call or email us at care@Holidae.in We would be happy to help.
 
Can I convert my Holidae Credits into Cash ?
Once credited into your account, Holidae Credits are not redeemable into cash.
How can I use my Holidae Gift card(s)?
You simply need to register with Holidae to be able to use your Gift Cards. For ease of access your Gift Card value is converted to Holidae Credits which you can use at your discretion. Holidae is not responsible if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission. Holidae will not reissue Gift Card in such cases.

How do I convert Holidae Gift card value to Holidae Credits?
You can go www.holidae.in page or log-in to My Account>>My Holidae Credits to validate and convert your Gift Card Value to Holidae Credits. Your card value would be converted into credits instantly..Holidae is not responsible if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission. Holidae will not reissue Gift Card in such cases.

How can I purchase a Gift Card?
You can purchase gift cards from various e-gift websites

Can I purchase a gift card for any denomination?
You can purchase a gift card for a minimum of Rs. 500/-, and thereafter in multiples of Rs. 500/-

What is the validity of my gift card(s)?
From the date of issuance, all the gift cards are valid for a period of 1 year.

What products can I purchase with gift cards?

Yes, you can pay partially from the gift cards for any order since your gift card value is converted to Holidae Credits. For example: An order value worth Rs.1000, you can choose to pay via Holidae Credits worth Rs. 600 and you can pay the remaining amount worth Rs.400 through any other available payment mode.

Can I make part payment by Gift card credits and remaining by Store Credits?
For payment, firstly Gift Card Credits will get deducted till they are exhausted, thereafter Holidae Credit can be used.
 
How can I check the remaining balance in my gift card?
Simply login to your Holidae account to access your gift card credits under My Account-> My Holidae Credits section.
 
I have used Gift Card as a payment mode for a product. Can I now choose to receive refund for this product through any other mode?
Unfortunately no, if full or partial Gift Card was used for an order purchase, the only mode of refund is Gift Card Credits.

Yes, Gift Card gives you the flexibility to combine either a Promotional or a Discount voucher. However at present Gift Card credits cannot be used with Bank specific coupons

Can I transfer Gift card credits to any other account?
Unfortunately no. To keep your money secure Holidae credits earned via Gift Cards are not transferred or interlinked with any other account. These credits are available to only be used with the original account on which it was issued.

Can I convert gift cards into cash?
Once purchased, Gift Cards are not redeemable into cash.
